Usage of common place and block lift or entrance for that usage Usage of common place and block lift or entrance for that usage

In our society each floor 3 flats are there. Two flat entrance is at the end of a corridor and mine is just beside staircase space and other entrance are not viewable from my entrance. Common place in front my of mine is used by other two owner in such way that for long duration of the day I cannot use lift facility or plies kept in such way that there is no space left to stand and open my door. This is repeatedly happening once in 6 month for (few days or 1 or 2 month duration) and the other owners said I have to adjust it as a neighbour and they will use the common place as they have paid for it. Other society members are not saying anything as they are not facing the problem and dont want spoil their relationship with them. Also they are keeping flower plots, other house hold things in common place by saying that their flat is small and dont have space to keep it inside. is there any rule for usage of common place(not mentioned in deed)? or what legal action I can take against them?

A.I can not imagine the layout and how somebody can occupy so lift can not be used or blocking opening of your door.
if any of their actions are affecting your rights to enjoy your property or living/life then you have rights to do many things.
if they dont understand their mistakes then you can teach them.

but they can keep flower pots, shoe racks outside which doesnt affect you.

they have right of easement on the property.
An easement is a nonpossessory interest in another's land that entitles the holder only to the right to use such land in the specified manner
