Permission to Mortgage Permission to Mortgage

Not able to get permission to Mortgage from GDA. GDA allotted plot to our society. There was a dispute of around Rs 3.1 lacs. We approached Lower court and won the case And again in session court . After being in defective list for around 15 years, the Appeal filed by GDA was decided in our favour in Jan 21. Now GDA is taking stand that they are seeking legal advice on further course and are not giving us Permission to Mortgage even after 3 months of High court order. What we should do?

A.Dear Sir,
You can make the party liable and can go for contempt of court or execution of the proceedings. The judgement is already in your favor.

You can file for the execution proceedings or you can also file for contempt of court. As you have the judgement in your favor and can make the other party liable.
