In Instagram a person told to send 10000 to him and he give me assurance that he would give me in return 30 k within 20 minutes after 20 minutes he told that u have to send 20 k more I name of security deposit that was totally scam.. He has more that 7 k followers in his profile.. And his profile has been promoted by one of the most popular page of Instagram from there I came to know about him

A.first give him all your money for the trick which converts 10k to 30k in 20 minutes.
police doesnt have any work to do by taking this complaint of greedy person when they are not able to help innocent people ?
where is cyber crime here when he is ready to give money.

A.Dear Sir,
First you need to report that account on Instagram. Ask other people to report the same account. If you have lost your money through this you have to file for an fraud under cyber crime.

You have to report that Instagram profile ask your friends and followers to do the same. Complaint about the account in Instagram report and privacy. You can file a complaint in cyber crime if you have lost your money through fraud.
