Need to know the fee for representation in trial court and HighCourt

I would like to know the cost of representation by an advocate in
1) trial court for a suit for establishing ownership rights to agricultural and residential property
2) Fees for representation in Hon. High Court for the same matter as discussed above
3) Lawyers fee for drafting of petitions in revenue court and civil courts
4) various applications made at trial court
5) Any help will be appreciated

A.the fees starts with 25000 minimum for good lawyer.
it goes to lakhs for HC.

The fee depends upon the advocate. Generally it should vary somewhere in 20,000 to 60,000.
