A.Hi,
If the demand is made against the terms of your employment agreement then you should send a legal notice and then approach Labour Commission.

A.Hi,
If you resign from your job, only in that event you will have to pay the bond money. Other essential things could be better understood after reading the employment agreement.

A.if he wants you to resign ask him kindly to send the same request/order via official channel of communication (mail or email) or office copy duly signed and stamped.
If he dont agree than express your inability to comply with his desire.
If he continue to harass you then collect evidence and you can file a police complain against him and thereafter serving a legal notice you may stop going to that office if you feel endangered.

A.why you have to pay contract/ bond breaking amount when company asking you to resign.
but they will threaten you that they will terminate you and you will not get experience letter, new job blah blah
just tell him/her that you have no intention to resign.
there is process of termination which can be challenged.
but if you also want to resign then ask them to waive off contract/ bond breaking amount in writing.
