2- It is at their discretion. However you were A4 and already acquitted so it should not affect their decision.
3- HC cases are usually not considered since you got acquitted by sessions court. They are considered for conviction.

do not conceal about the pending case if asked,
2. it's the company's discretion to approve or reject, however, your acquittal may result in approval, GOOD LUCK,
3. since you were acquitted from the trial, and only the appeal is pending, therefore, the company may ignore the pendency of the case.

Company policies govern appointment and rejection of employees. Since they are likely to conduct a background check it is better you mention the pending HC case yourself and also explain the reasons for your acquittal so as to convince them about your innocence. They will consider the details and then decide upon whether to employ you or not.

The effect of criminal case on employment varies according to the kind of offences and the job profile. Company policies will be considered while offering employment however since you had been acquitted on the basis of proofs and evidences then it will not affect your employment. Also, if asked about the details of the case mention the grounds on which petition is filed before the HC, to explain your side of the issue to prospective employer.
