Section 188 due to violation of lockdown

My father went to his office to collect his check book which was around 10 Kms from our house in Delhi during lockdown. The traffic police caught him and imposed sec 188 IPC. Will he face detention or just have to pay the fine in court?

A.you have to verify rules of lockdown if banking services were allowed at that time.

A.Kindly don't worry. Your father won't be detained. He will be fined. Further Kindly follow the protocol stay safe.
