Mera jeth jb se ghr mai shift hua hai pehle vo badi kaam krta but jb se ghr aaya hai usne muje mentally torture Krna start kr diya mera apmaan krta hai kbhi muje kheta hai mai kaliash ki jadd hu aur after my delivery jb sbko rest krni chea tb isne muj pa kaam krne ka prashar daala vo toh mere pati ache hai aur ek ladai mai muj pa hath uthane tk ko aa gya aur mere sasur use hmesha safe krte hai aur muje galat khete hai

A.agar pati ache hai toh apne pati ke sath alag rahna shuru kardo.

agar nahin toh pehle ek police complaint ki dhamki de do.

agar nahin aur agar pati agree hai toh jeth pe police complaint kardo.

A.Hi,
You can file a domestic violence complaint in writing against your in laws in Municipal court or police station. Protection Officer will inform you that you have a right to make an application for relief. You can also file a complaint under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code on the ground of cruelty. You can also approach any women’s organization or NGO and ask them for your help.

A.Hi,
• Firstly, you can approach the police for the help of a protection Officer, appointed by the government to assist victims of domestic violence. You can also approach any women’s organization or NGO in such matters.
• You can file an FIR in a police station under the Domestic Violence Act 2005 and also under Section 498-A of IPC which deals with cruelty by husband or family members. If they fail to do so then, you can file a complaint before magistrate court or family court against domestic violence.

A.1. agar tumhare pati achche hain to behtar rahega ki tum apne pati ke sath alag rahna shuru kardo,
2. agar alag rahna possible nhin hai to jitna ho sake jeth ki baton par dhyan mat do,
3. agar fir bhi baat nhin banti hai to jeth ke khilaaf police complaint kardo lekin pahle apne pati ko vishwas mein le lena
