WS opportunity closed

In a civil matter for permanent injunction, filed by my previous employer in City Civil Court Bengaluru, my opportunity to submit WS has been closed as my lawyer in bengaluru was of opinion that WS could be filed only after my application U/O VII Rule 11 would be disposed off and therefore, even though I had sent him duly attested WS and Objections to Interim Applications, he didnt file them in court. For reasons best to him, my counsel there also didnt file the attested application U/O7R11 prepared and sent by me to him and filed application with incomplete grounds he prepared without my knowledge and even after filing the application, didnt share the copy of same with me. Please suggest the way forward

You should change your lawyer immediately. Also submit an application in court to amend your written statement and any subsequent documents you are unable to get from your lawyer you could get them directly from the court for a minimal amount.

Since your lawyer is not able to represent you properly you should change your lawyer. Take an NoC and all relevant documents from him and appoint another one. As for the incomplete application, withdraw that application and file another one. Even though time for filing the WS has passed you can still ask the court by mentioning the circumstances, and you will be allowed to file it again.
