I retired person gifted my 50% of immovable proerty ( building )
to my son before his marriage by executing GIFT DEED to avail
loan for the improvement of property.
Now my son wanted to give back 50% of his share to me by executing
gift deed
my question is 1. Is there any right to my son wife ( daughter in law)
to take permission from her.
2. still construction loan is there on property. before clearing loan wheather
my son can executive gift deed

A.1. Daughter in law dont have nay say in it.
You want to do it for divorce purpose ?

2. Yes, Bank NOC or Loan closure is required.
Currently bank owns it. Until son becomes owner he can not gift.

A.Hi,
The gift deed can be executed in your favour by your son. No permission of the wife required. The gift deed can only be executed if the loan is cleared.

A.Hi,
Your son execute the gift deed in your favour. No need to take the permission of the wife. You have clear the construction loan before executing the gift deed.

A.Yes gift deed can be executed by your son in your favour irrespective of the loan and no need to take permission of his wife.

A.आपके बेटे को सम्पत्ति उपहार देने के लिए अपनी पत्नि की अनुमति की कोई आवश्यकता नही है।
जब तक ऋण अदा नही किया जाता हैं तब तक वह उस सम्पत्ति को उपहार नही कर सकता जब तक वह बन्धक हीन ना हो जाए।
