Innocence and punishment
A person is innocent until proven guilty but why is someone immediately arrested and kept in remand or in jail for months without any evidence, as soon as a complaint is filed against him ? He is not even given a scope to speak.
A.Dear Sir,
It needs debate. It is not punishment but preventive arrest so that the accused is prevented from commuting similar offences and restrained from threatening the witnesses and destroying the evidence etc.,

A.Hi,
I understand your pain and concern, the system does not function as it intended too. There are people who abuse their power and authority, and there are people who refuse to act in the manner in which they are suppose to. Due to these inefficiency the innocent persons suffers a lot.
