I also didn't disagree about this never. But now my mom says that the land will be gifted to my brother only after she die..my mom and brother is staying in this house.. My brother has a home already from my father .. I have no roof anywhere .. I also want a share in this land equally... Is this possible??

A.Hi,
It is possible for you to get a share in the property since you belong to Class I heir. You may have to have a suit for partition and separate possession before the family court to get a share.
If you found my answer helpful, the kindly rate me.

A.Hi,
Currently, the land is under the ownership of your mother, but you have a claim in the share of the property since you belong to Class I Heir. You may file for a partition suit before the family court to get a share.

A.Dear client
As per your submission it reveals that this is a matter of partition and separate possession
However
You can file suit for partition and separate possession and you should have to prove that property was purchased through the money of your father
