One of the share holder missed singnature in partision suite.partision Deed was registered in 1959.ot of 20 family members one person missed her sign in registered document .if she knows the the court door any favors to her after 60 year of register deed.any limitation is applicable to registered partision deed????

A.60 years is very very long period.

A.Hi,
The time bar for filing a suit for partition is 12 years as mentioned under Art. 65 of the Limitation Act, 1963. Hence, if you file a suit after sixty years it may not be maintainable before the court.

Unfortunately, sixty years is a long gap. As per, Art. 65 of the Limitation Act a time period of 12 years is the period within which a person may file for a suit for partition. Here, the suit is going to be time barred.
