LAND ACQUISITION AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED

THERE I PMGSY ROAD PASSING THOUGH MY LAND OCCUPYING 20 GUNTA LAND. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMPANSATION.CAN I GET HIGH COURT ORDERS ARE PROCEED WORK AS ACTUAL ROAD NOW. DONT GO BEYOND PRESENT ROAS LIMIT. ZILLA PARISHAD NANDED ENGINEERS ARE SAYING WE HAVE RECOROD OF PRESENT ROAD. ZP NANDED NOT GIVEN ANY COMPANSATION. WIIL THEY WORKAND CAN I GET COMPANSATION?

A.आप उस विभाग के पास जाए और अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं।यदि आपकी शिकायत का निस्तारण नही किया जाता है।तब आप हाई कोर्ट जाकर अपनी रिट दर्ज कर सकते हो।

You can go to the HC for reimbursement, but first you go to the Zilla Parishad office and fill out an application.
