is it mandatory to inform police in all suicide cases? If the victim's family does not inform the police after death by suicide and cremated body, is it a crime?

A.Suicide is a crime and concealing a crime scene s also a crime. So inform the police to avoid legal complication.

Yes, all suicide cases must be reported to the police at all times. Typically, the hospital's Medical Superintendent is expected to notify the police of the correct protocols and actions. The police normally go to the hospital and interview the person/family about the circumstances of the suicide attempt.

Yes for all suicide cases, police must be informed at all times. Usually, the Medical Superintendent of the hospital is required to inform the police of the necessary procedures and action. The police usually visit the hospital and collect information about the circumstances of the suicide attempt from the person/family.
