A.Dear client,
Evidence is a very essential thing in a court case because it says everything.
But above that cross examination on that evidence is what matters.
Cross examination can break the evidence also.

A.You have not specified your case however evidence is undoubtedly considered the most prime in the Court of law but also various other factors matter such as arguments of the lawyers, judgements used in favour of your case and their importance, limitation period, overall conduct of the party in general etc.

A.Hi,
False evidence is inadmissible in a court and is an offence u/S 191 of IPC. Submitting false statement before a court is called perjury and is an offence u/S 196 of the IPC. Only genuine evidence is accepted in a court. A case is decided on all parameters and not evidence only.

A.Hi,
Fake evidence is an offence as per S. 191 of the IPC. Perjury which is the act of submitting a false statement before the court is an offence u/S 196 of the IPC. Therefore, evidence is not all that matters before the court, whether its fake or genuine. A case is decided on all parameters.

A.by evidence only a case can be proved.
if fake evidence then prove it to be fake.
