I am the Channel Partner of an E commerce (online selling of Machines and Motors) company located at Banglore and given Security Deposit in the year 2018 and not signed the agreement copy. now Company has become bankrupt and taken amount from many investors and also they have changed their office from Banglore and now they are all not reachable. I m in Mumbai and similarly all the Chanel partners from other states would like to file case against the company having jurisdiction in Banglore only all the other CP's has also not signed the copy of agreement. Please give us your kind advice that How can file case against the company in this situation.

for bankrupt they will not change address. They will close.
all the people can file FIR on company. Can file cyber crime also since it was ecommerce.
Kindly initiate insolvency proceedings under the IBC, 2016 to recover your dues from the company.

You can initiate insolvency proceedings to settle your undisputed claims judicially. You claim will be settled as per the provisions of the IBC.

You can file both civil and criminal cases in Bangalore on the available evidence.
