Bonus Withheld Bonus Withheld

My previous company has withheld my pending bonus amount quoting change in variable structure retroactively. I do not have a formal letter indicating my bonus amount but just an excel sheet which covers revenue milestones and corresponding bonus shared by the finance head to which I had agreed verbally. Now they are refusing to settle my dues quoting change in structure. In my resignation letter I had clearly mentioned the due amount and they had accepted my resignation. Can I get a legal recourse?

A.Hi,
Your company while accepting your resignation has acknowledged the bonus due therefore they are liable for payment. You may consider sending a legal notice first and then file a suit for recovery of money before the court of civil judge.

A.Send a legal notice to the company to recover the bonus and also initiate case against them if you can prove your case. You can also initiate online dispute resolution settlement process started by Vidhikarya called vidhi Samadhaan.
