Shall I send legal notice to my sister husband for not attending councilling in police station on marriage fraud

A.Hi, no need.
you already file complaint at police station.
If they dont appear then it will convert into FIR.
If there is fraud in marriage then go for annulment for marriage in court, more detail u can approch me, if u like my ans PlZ rate my ans *****,thanks

A.Hi,
There is no need for you to engage any further since the police have taken over the counselling. They will file an FIR for absconding if your brother-in-law does not show up for the counselling.
