मेरे पड़ोसी हमारे परिवार के सदस्यो पर अपने बच्चो को पिटने का झुठा आरोप लगाकर फसाना चाहते हैं उन्होनें child waltare society में हमारे परिवार के खिलाफ मनमाने आरोप लगाए हैं उनका मकसद मुझे पोक्सो एक्ट में फसाने का है मेनें या किसी भी ने बच्चो को नही मारा है उन्होने झुठे आरोप लगाऐं हैं क्या इस केश में मुझे फसाया जा सकता है क्या में मामला खत्म होने पर मानहानि का दावा कर सकता हूँ क्या

A.अगर केस खारिज हो जाता है तो मानहानि का दावा कर सकते हो
पोक्सो बच्चो को पिटने पर नही लगता

A.Hi,
Make sure that you have evidence that you never sexually assaulted the child since POCSO is applicable in case of a sexual assault. Moreover, consult a lawyer who will help you in drafting a letter addressed to local police stating that your neighbors are going to lodge a false complaint against you and harassing you.

A.Hi,
POCSO Act is a very strict law, and the offences are strictly non-bailable. You need to consult with an advocate immediately. You will have to move the HC to quash the case. And if the case is quashed, you can very well institute defamation case against them.

A.Hi,
POCSO Act is applicable only in cases where there has been a sexual offence committed against a child. Violence against a child will be covered under IPC. If a false FIR is lodged against you, you can approach HC for quashing the FIR.
