A.Those are counter FIR after you filed FIR.
If you have evidence then you have to prove it that you are not guilty.

A.Firstly you have to approach High Court for quashing F.I.R u/s 482 Cr. P.C because Constitutional Courts ( High Court & Supreme Court) have power to quash FIR...
Secondly make cross FIR against the person who registered make false FIR against you.
Thirdly secure your evidences which are in your favor, this will help you in trial..

A.Hi,
HC has the power to quash an FIR under Section 482. If a false FIR was filed for non-bailable offences, the accused's first and most important step should be to obtain Anticipatory Bail from the Sessions Court or the High Court.

A.If you are not guilty then you need not worry as your case will not stand a chance in the court of law and you shall be acquitted. Since a criminal case has been registered against you so, first either you get the anticipatory bail or regular bail done depending on the stage of the case and then fight the case with the help of a good lawyer.
If there are no evidence against you hopefully you will get the relief from the court.
