Leakage on Top floor and causing water flow in my bedroom Leakage on Top floor and causing water flow in my bedroom

Dear Team,

I have bought 3 BHK flat from a reputed builder in 2015. From last 2 years as its TOP floor, there is leakage in my bedroom wall and water is continuously flowing if it rains heavily. I made many complaints to builder, they filled chemicals inside wall and also applied on terrace but no use. Last year I did internal work with new plaster, chemicals and tiles, but now in dis rain its again flowing same way. I think the top floor has big pillars directly attached to my bedroom so water mostly coming through that pillar, m not sure. Please advice me what to do next? whose responsibility is dis? As society is not formed yet. Plz plz advise....

A.Send a legal notice asking for compensation and taking of steps to prevent leakage.if nothing is done, file case in consumer court.jurisdiction will be as per total value of the flat at the time of purchase. So if total value is above 20 lakhs then file in state commission and if above 1 crore, then file in ncdrc.
