Affidavit and Alimony has been done in the court since a year ago, now can she take other step for coming or ask for more money

As the terms were agreed by both parties, and the alimony amount was paid, the wife cannot ask for more money or take another step, unless there is extraordinary situation. These kinds of agreement are generally non-modifiable.

A.Hi,
If already agreed and the alimony was paid as per the agreement terms, the wife cannot ask for more alimony amount unless there is extraordinary situation. In most cases, agreement for alimony is non-modifiable, so terms once agreed is final and binding on both the parties.

A.She can refuse to give divorce and also refuse to return alimony or can ask more.
who asked you to pay alimony as per draft ?

A.No, once it is done then there is very minimal or rare chances of her coming back to the court asking for more unless there is some extra-ordinary situation that has cropped up in last one year.
