A.Hi,
Generally in high court R1, R2 represent the no. Of respondents in the case. There two people in a case petitioner and respondent. Petitionu is the one who has brought the case in high court for review and and respondent is simple meaning is the opposite party.

A.R1, R2 etc. generally represent the respondents mentioned in the memo of parties. If you see the file, you'll see on the first page the memo of parties that is the appellant/complainant versus the respondents.
The number 1, 2 etc represent the serial number of the respondents in the memo of parties.
