what is the way to get a money to 1st family or stop to not get money to 2nd wife and him
A.His retirement benefits will be given to him only and on his death it will be given to his fist wife and family whose names would be there as nominee in the service sheet. Second marriage is invalid if he is Hindu

A.Second marriage is illegal and void and does not confer any right to second wife. It is only first wife who is legal and is entitled to every benefit.

A.Vaise to dusra vivah void hai jab tak pahli wife se divorce na ho jae.
Ab main bindu yah h ki kya first wife ko sevanivarti dhan mil sakta h ya nhi.
Jisko apni service book me nominee appointed kiya hoga. Usko hi milega.

A.Hi
The amount received on retirement would be given to his legal heirs and the first wife. Also his marriage with second wife is not valid as he does it without taking divorce from first wife. Therefore second wife cannot caim anything from her whereas children of second wife are entitled to claim from him.

A.Hello Sir,
Marrying twice with or without the knowledge of first wife is a punishable offence under section 494 of IPC. The first wife has all the rights in her husband's property and money. Whereas, the second wife cannot claim anything as their weeding is void as their marriage was solemnized when the first wife is alive and hasn't divorced.
Thanks
