Harassment by local Police

I am a disability person from my legs and live in Rampark Loni, Uttar Pradesh in Rented house. I am running a small factory with only 1 motor and 1 labour. Today Local Police has came to my factory and close work. They said to me that I should have permission of SDM for work. A person with police has came, I don't know who is he and he is not living in my neighbour. Police said that he compalnied for stop work. Now Police has harassed me and demanding SDM permission.
Same incident happened with me 15 days ago, therefore I shifted my factory in less residential area. Today happened again.
I am in very trouble to pay rent of my factory and house which my family stay.
Government of India has issued noticed that no license need for work.
Indirect way, they are demanding Monthly money.
Approach higher police officers or high court.
You can write a complaint to the SDM through registered post u/S 153 CrPC highlighting your grievances. However, if you want the superior police officers to take cognizance of your matter then you should at least register for the SSI provisionally through the online websites available for MSME registration,

You can apply for a small scale industries certificate online at the State government's website. At the most they require a proof of business address and purchase copies of raw materials, machinery and bills paid. That will legally qualify you to run work without getting interfered by the police.

If they trouble you unnecessary then write a letter to SDM or meet him and complain him. Use social media to expose these men.
