The principal harassed me by creating false ground in making cheating, tampering with the signature, manipulating the attendance register, and cruelly treated while opposing this practice and held up the salary by keeping undertaking forcefully and stoped my increment by keeping the signature of staff on a blank page.

A.Hi,
You can send the principal a legal notice first demanding him to resume your salary payment. If he or the management does not pay any heed, you can file a complaint before the State employment dispute resolution. Additionally, you can also file a police complaint about manipulating official records u/S 415 IPC.

A.Hi,
If your university is UGC recognized then you can file a complaint with your State education ombudsman regarding the incident. Alternatively, you can file a suit before the civil judge's court for stop in payment on baseless allegations.

A.If its a govt. institution then file a writ petition in the High Court or else move the Labour Commissioner Court.
You can also complain to the University and send a copy to the Education department of the state. In case he has tortured you and physically abused you then lodge a police FIR against him.
