Land dispute in inheritance property Land dispute in inheritance property

I have following legal dispute in my land . In year 1997 my grandfather's bought a land of 6 acre from a seller(S1)who owns 9 acre. This 9 acre was bought by S1 in year 1995 from seller(S2) which is his father property. In year 2010, S2's siblings(2 brothers), told that they didn't sign the deed and took the 6 acres of our land as their part of inheritance property and sold to some one else. Now we lost our complete land. But S1, who sold the land to us, still holds his 3 acres land. Pls let me know, will the civil law get my land back or get the current 3 acre land of S1 if I go to court.

A.Kisi bhi documents ko challenge krne ka time 3 year's hai. Ab aap ko knowledge bhi 2010 me ho gai hai k property ko kisi or ko transfer kar diya gya hai.
Aapko jab 2010 me knowledge hua tha tabhi aap ko disputed documents ko challenge karna chahiye tha.
Yadi written me abhi tak knowledge nhi huai hai tab aap aaj ki date me knowledge dikhakar suit file kare sakte ho.

A.Hi
It would be better to file a civil suit asap for your land dispute. If somehow you have the document of sale deed of year 1995 which state that the property is sold to seller 1 after taking consent from both the siblings then you could claim back your property. Also, you could file a case against seller 1 and claim compensation and land.

A.Hello
You could file a civil suit for your land dispute. You need to get the sale deed of year 1995 in order to check whether those 2 brothers consented for selling the property to S1. If you find such document then it would a strong case to get your complete 6acre of land back otherwise you could file a case against seller 1 for fraud. But still file a case climaing your land of 6acre and make both seller 1 and successor of sellor 2 parties to the case.
Thanks.

A.This is not such a simple question to answer just like that as land matters are complex and critical and depends upon state to state. Whether the land was self acquired or ancestral that has to be ascertained. So better you take all your papers and go to a lawyer and consult him/her to ascertain your rights.
In general if you have done some transactions then you do have certain civil rights against the seller which you can invoke at any time by going to the court. So, if nothing else then the Seller S1 is supposed to give you back the money that you paid to him with interest.
