i have filled domestic violence case against husband and in-laws and send notice under ipc dhara 406. in reply they send notice that i theft and left home with all jwelry / cash and girl child.

is a FIR can be lodged against me in theft case. ??
pls help now what i should do ?

A.Why bother If they file cases against you , as you already have an advocate, he will handle.

A.You should not have send them legal notice u/s 406 IPC rather you have had filed a police complaint against them.
Now also move an application before the polive stating thier cruelties and harrasment they caused to you amd ask polive to register am FIR against them.

they also mentioned in their notice that they are ready to accept me and asked me to move back to their house with all belongings and child otherwise they will filled a case agaist me.
i want get rid from those narrow minded peoples and save my and my girl child future and also want maintenance.
what should i do now ?

A.No need to worry. File a complaint to the magistrate u/s 406 and file a complaint to CP of your district also. Their notice is nothing just a . counter blast of your DV Case. No fir will be registered since it is a matrimonial dispute. Consult for more advice

There is no grounds for filing FIR.Continue with domestic violence case.
