Forgery of our signature

My father recently died. We r 5 legal heirs. Elder independently affixed our signature as a genuine one without our knowledge applied for legal heir certificate . Already he has cheated us in some issues. Can we complaint about this forgery?

A.Dear you can a complained in your area police station against accuse persons
For the forsery of your signature and cheat you or submitt those documents in your complaint. That after register your FIR police arrest him

A.Lodge a police complaint under Section 463, 464, 467, 468 of IPC and if he has also applied for succession certificate in court then add Sections 191 and 192 and 193 of IPC.

The act of your brother to sign your fake signature without your knowledge is an act of forgery defined under section 463 of Indian Penal Code and punishable under section 465 of IPC. You can complaint against your brother by filling an FIR in the nearest police station.
