hello sir/madam, I have purchased one property of worth 60 lakhs by agreeing with seller that we will pay 32 as cheques and rest all by some lease lent houses and bank llan kf 12 lakhs and now the owner is demanding more 10 lakhs for the property and she is not ready to register property for us and we have all agreements and we applied to court which is 3 months back....so could you please help me in saying what needs to do next and how much time the court takes the time to solve the matter.. thank you, salman

A.As i m getting you have already filed a suit for specific performance in court. You have adopted a better course if have filed the above suit.
There is no definite time what court would take in deciding the issue.. but i can assure you decision would be in your favour.

A.If all the conditions are mentioned in agreement to sell then no need to worry. first your should send legal notice and thereafter file suit for specific performance and get stay over the property.
