A.Hi,
You may contact the HR department. and send a legal notice to your employer but limited to the context of your employment termination and not on your mother's passing away since there seems to be no law regarding such incidents. You may go for arbitration with your employer or approach the labour commissioner and file your complaint in a labour court:

A.Hi,
Though it seems that there should be a nexus between the unfortunate demise of your mother and the termination of employment, it isn't so however. You can still file a complaint before the NCLT regarding your job termination to be arbitrary.

A.You can challenge your termination on the ground of violation principle of natural justice. In case of mother you cannot take any action.

A.आपको नौकरी से निकला गया है बिना नोटिस के उसके लिए आप केस कर सकते है किन्तु आपकी माँ की हृदयगति रुकने से मृत्यु हुयी उसके लिए आप शायद कुछ नहीं कर सकते। ये थोड़ा मुश्किल काम होगा कोर्ट को बताना की मौत का कारण क्या है और उसके लिए आपके employer को जिम्मेवार नहीं ठहराया जा सकता।
