Hi , I'm a resident of Nerul. We have Neighbours - Ramesh Karpe(Traffic Police and ex hawaldar) and wife Naina Karpe (part of political party).Everyday they call us and abuses and forces us to construct our terrace(raising the terrace) since its our own house as they are facing leakage issues.Really don't undertsand they have a separate terrace being owners and they can make changes as per their feasibility but they still forces us to spend 80K to repair our terrace which is totally our call. They forces us econoomicaly to spend amount they are so jealous that we are staying in a separate rented apartment me,my husband , my mother and sister.Earlier we tried telling them politely that we can not shed so heavier amount and instead we have putten plastic covering to avaoid maximum leakage but still now they have started calling us and harasses and threatens us.Even Traffic hawaldar have shouted on us saying Shut up and have asked us not to stand on his terrace while abusing us where might have fall down from terrace if such treatment he is giving. My Mother is a widow and they alsways calls us for some or the other reason and economically even interfering by saying you have daughter and son in law earning so you are suppose to spend te amount by making the required changes.Pathetic people they are but its our own childhoold property and we can not sell it off also.Really wanted to send a legal notice to such painful neighbours.Happy to understand more suggestions.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and also lodge a police complaint. If the neighbor do not stop his misbehavior then file a suit for permanent injunction and stop him permanently from doing such nuisance.

A.You need not get hassled by such kind of people and get bogged down. Send them a legal notice and if need be lodge a police complaint against them for harassment. Make videos when they come to harass you and threaten you so that can can be shown as evidence when needed.

A.Hi,
Your first step should be to send them a legal notice to stop harassing and abusing you. If they still do not comply to your demands, then you can approach the nearest police station and file a criminal compliant against them for abusing and harassing you. You can also claim damages and compensation from them for causing you mental agony and distress.

A.Feel free to issue them legal notice to stop such harassment through any lawyers. If they don't reply or comply with the same in 15 days than you are at liberty to file police complaint/FIR against them for causing mental and emotional harassment to you and your family and threatening using foul language. Thank you.
