Is second hand iPhone Protection valid? Is second hand iPhone Protection valid?

Hello, I have registered a Sole proprietorship company under which I am selling second-hand iPhones, so we take those iPhones from Customers, Vendors, in Lot, etc, so most of the time these people don't have a bill or box for the particular iPhone, so how can I be safe when taking it from them as the phone could be stolen.

Also, when I didn't have a company at that time I used to make a Generic Bill of Sale which had the details of the seller and the buyer(me) when I used to take those iPhones but I am not sure how credible it is and if it is completely safe or not, and if not how can I be?

A.Dear Sir,
It is very risk job because if somebody lodge complaint police may raid your shop and there are chances that you may taken into police custody. Think twice before starting such business.

A.Hello,
selling used products is legal as long as the consumer is informed of the situation. To guarantee that the items you purchase were not obtained unlawfully, have the individual selling them sign a statement of fact, which you may then use if the phone is later discovered to be stolen.
Thank you for your time and consideration; please rate the response.

A.Hi,
selling of second-hand goods is not illegal as long as the customer is made aware of the same. To ensure that the goods that you get are not illegally obtained you can make the person selling you sign a verification of the fact, and then can use this verification if in the future the phone is found to be stolen.
Thank you, kindly rate the answer.

A.Don't purchase any iPhones without original bills from the seller otherwise such act may land you in prison as you cannot say if such item is stolen or purchased through any illegal way by the seller. Thank you.
