Hello me relationship me thi ek ldke k sath usne mujhse 30 hajar rs udhaar liye uske baad ek din mere document se mujhe bina bataye loan liya 40 hajar ka jb mene usse paise maangne shuru kiye toh usne baat krna band kr diya aur sab jgha se block kar diya mujhe uski wjha se mera cibil score kharab ho gaya hai me loan bhi nhi le pa rahi kahi aur se bhi... Me apne paise recover krne k liye kya karu

A.Dear Madam,
You may immediately lodge a complaint with the Police Station as well as to the concerned Bank. Also intimate his employer so that his services may be terminated as he is involved in mal practice.

A.Aap ko turant police me complaint karni chahiye. Or jis se loan liya hai usko bhi ek competent karni chahiye ki jo loan mere naam se liya gya vah mere dwara nhi liya gya hai.
Isliye aapko turan ye steps lena hoga. Varna aap ko nukshan hoga.

A.If you are not in relationship with him anymore then file a police complain against him and get him to repay all the loans so that your CIBIL score is restored. Also write letters to the bank from where he has taken loan that its him who has taken loan and not you so that they will also be aware about the fraud.

A.Hi,
Immediately contact the concern bank, and let them know that the loan has been taken fraudulently. Approach the police, and file a criminal complaint against your bf as well.

A.Hi,
If the loan has been taken fraudulently, please approach the lender bank and inform them about the same immediately, otherwise your cibil score will be hampered. Further, please file a police complaint against your BF. You can thereon, file a case to recover your money.
