A.Aap FIR ke khilaf high court me writ file kare udhar se aap ko help ho sakti hai. Aap district court me bhi anticipatory ke liye jaa sakte hai.
Aap ko district court se anticipatory bail mil jaigi.
Yadi aap ki application kharij ho jaati hai tab high court challenge kare.

A.Hi,
It would be suggested to contact a good criminal lawyer and initiate the criminal proceedings. First step would be to file an FIR in the police station against the person who abducted and beaten you people.
Thanks.

A.hello.
First report about the abduction of your friend in the police station and also lodge a complaint against the person who had beaten you. Contact a good criminal lawyer and initiate the proccedings and if police is not doing their work properly then you could file a writ petition in the high court.
Thanks.

A.Hire a good criminal lawyer and with the help of that lawyer sort this out. When you have lodged the police complain first then the police is supposed to take action on your complain and get the abducted person first. If police is not doing anything then file a Habeas Corpus writ in the High Court.
