A.Hi,
Online Lottery is not illegal you can play it but you have to pay the income tax on the money you receive in your account from the winnings. Secondly, if you are defrauded then no such regulatory authority would assist you in recovering your money.

A.Hi,
No strict rules and regulations govern gambling on the internet. Buying lottery tickets from international gambling websites is not governed in India. This would mean that there would be no means of retrieving your money as well.

A.Since lotteries and online gaming involving money and gambling are banned and prohibited in India hence if you play international online lottery and in case you win or loose the money the Indian financial and banking system will not help to retrieve your money or support you in any way when you fall in any trouble due to all this.
Quite similar to block chain and cryptocurrency the Indian banks and RBI will not support you.
