A.Dear Sir,
Yes, now she is your friend and you can jointly register the property in your name and in the name of your would be wife. But, before taking such decision think twice because so many issues are being arised if she became joint owner of your property.

A.Hi,
There is no law that debars registration of property in join names. So, yes the registration can be done in joint names, however if any one person is taking a housing loan, then essentially the bank would not permit inclusion of any other persons name as joint owner of the property unless it is husband and wife.

A.Yes, you can make registry in joint name and such law does not debar you. Law does not restrict you in this regard. Since bank has granted loan to you hence bank may insist you for regitry in your name only. It is best for you to get the registry in your name alone.

A.Hi,
Under normal circumstances, you can jointly register the property with anyone's name. But in case wherein you have taken bank loan, the bank will not permit the registration of the property in anyone's else's name, unless they are husband wife, but as of yet you are not married yet, then this is not possible.

A.There is no law which bars this kind of registration and you are free to register a property jointly with anyone and you can do so. If the clerks at the registrar office say that it is not possible then ask him to show the rule or law.

A.Samajik or apne anubhav ke aadhar par aap ko ye kah sakta hu ki aap apni hone wali wife ke haq me sale deed nishpadit karana nahi karaye. Abhi to shadi bhi nhi huai hai. Kyon risk lena chah rahe ho. Ho sakta hai ki future me aap ke sath uski shadi na ho fir kya karoge. Itne diwane mat bano ki is diwane pan me apne hath hi kat walo. Yahan to shadi shuda wife property ko hadap kar leti hai.
Suggestion ye hai aap ko ki koi aisa steps mat le jo aap ko nukshan kar sakta hai.
