I don't want to sell my property

sir me and my brothers have a land in one survey no. but we all have sale deed in our names. as this property is under litigation so my brothers have decided to sell the property. so what should i do . so that I could be safe.please do reply.

A.For sale agreement or deed of property under litigation all landowners signature is required, you need not sign and if need take advice & help of property lawyer quickly.

A.You dont agree and dont execute any document or deed. Without your signature the purchaser cannot buy as the land records are in your joint name also
