Employment Bond Employment Bond

I signed an employment bond on 21april the bond is for 18months, it asks for a post dated cheque to be submitted though i have not submitted it yet.
This bond does not includes any stamp paper and they do not have any hard copy of it i signed the bond and then send them in pdf format.
Is this bond valid?

A.Dear Sir,
That bond is not operative but if you submit undated signed cheque then you will be problem. The employer can file cheque bounce case at any future point of time and thus you will be liable to pay amount mentioned in the cheque upto its double amount.

You'll have to submit the post date cheque as per the terms of the employment contract and you cannot deny to submit the same. Also your employment bond is completely valid as you have signed it and it compels you to work according to the terms and conditions of contract.

Yes Sir, it would be considered as a valid bond as you signed the papers. Also the company can compel you to provide them with a post date cheque in order complete the conditions of employment contract.
