Any scope for getting community certificate for inter caste marriage couples

Is there any way for getting a community certificate for inter marriage couples children.
If a child father Christian and mother hindu backward caste can this child get mothers caste benefits

You may approach social welfare department of backward classes and get such community certificate on production of your marriage card, registration of marriage etc. On submission of such details you will get such certificate without any trouble.

A.Hi,
Children of inter-caste couple can get the community certificate mentioning the caste of either of their parents. The Commissioner of Revenue Administration shall issue suitable instructions to the Community Certificate issuing authorities to follow this. The declaration in respect of one child will apply to all children in the family.

The children born out of the marriage between parents of two different castes shall be considered to belong to either the caste of the father or the caste of the mother based on the declaration of the parent/s,

A.Dekhiye inter caste marriage me cast certificate kiska mana jaiga. Father ya mother. Jaati father arthat husband se mani jaati hai. Vahi se jaati chalti hai. Ab jo caste certificate banega vi father ki jaati ke anusar banega na ki mother ki caste ke aadhar par.

A.Caste certificate is dependent on what caste tradition the child is following and how he is brought up. That you have to decide and basis that you can apply for the caste certificate at the panchayat level to issue the certificate.
