A.Dear Sir,
You may approach local police and lodge a complaint. Alternatively approach Revenue Authorities and get spot inspection. Then approach civil court and get the same removed by way of mandatory injunction.

A.Aap ko turant virodhi ke khilaf police me complaint file kare. Agar police aap ki koi help nhi karti hai. Tab aap revenue court me case file kar sakte hai ki vipakshi dawara mere khet ke kuch part par force fully possession kar liya hai.
Aap civil court bhi apna case file kar sakte hai.
But aap ko ek advocate ko appoint karna hoga jo aap ko uchit kanoon ki jaankari de sake.

A.Hi,
f you are the “occupier” of the property (eg, the tenant, licensee or owner), you are entitled to give someone a trespass notice or warning to someone who you do not want on the property. However, you will have to file a civil complaint for trespass and not a criminal one.

A.Hi,
Criminal Trespass usually consists of more grave instances such as willfully breaking into houses or so and attracts punishment u/S 441 IPC. You can alternatively file a civil complaint instead. You may directly approach the tehsildar's office and register a complaint.
