A.Hi,
There's a good probability that the individual is using criminal intimidation tactics against you. Whoever threatens someone with damage to his or her person, reputation, or property, or the person or reputation of anybody in whom that person has an interest, with the aim to create panic or cause that person to do anything he or she is not legally required to do, is committing a felony. Section 503 of the IPC can be used to charge someone for failing to accomplish anything that they are legally required to do. To file a FIR, please go to the local police station.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.Aap ko police me complaint file karni chahiye. Kyonki agar koi bhi kisi ko dhamki deta hai vah Indian penal code ke anusar crime karta hai.
Jo ki ek crime ki category me aata hai.

Vaise aap ko unse baat bhi karni chahiye. Ki aap apni problems ko mil bethkar samadhan kar sakte hai.

A.Dear Sir,
You may contact local advocate and approach High Court for a direction to be Superintendent of Police for appropriate protection. Normally such calls seems to fake calls because persons holding high posts never call to you.
