Car Ownership Transfer to deceased buyer's son Car Ownership Transfer to deceased buyer's son

Hi
I had sold my car to a buyer in 2015 (6 years back).
The buyer unfortunately passed away before he could transfer the car on his name. He was just able to issue a NOC on the car.
Still the car seems to be on my name.
How do I clear my legal liabilities on the car?
How can we get the car registered to his son's name?

A.Dear Sir,
It is very dangerous to hold RC in your name when vehicle being driven by some other person. Threaten the legal heirs to get change the RC in their name failing which file a police complaint saying that your car is stolen.

A.hello
the main thing you would be requiring to do so is the sale agreement which you executed when you sold your vehicle to the deceased father. and for better understanding in this regard visit the nearest RTO office and ask them to tell you about the procedure of transfering of ownership of an vehicle.
Thanks
