Someone give Fake copyright strike on youtube and asking money to remove it

Some giving fake copyright strike on many channels i am one of them , actually after 3 strike channel will be deleted from youtube.
i have proofs of many channels tht they having fake copyright strike and these gys are blackmailing for money. youtube works on bot algorithm , they dont revert all. how can we grab or get them punished bcs they are asking huge money as per channel condition

A.Write to YouTube briefly about the issue and mention why you are thinking that strike is a FAKE Strike, describe well,attach documents,photos in support of your complaint,if You Tube finds your complaint is right, your channel is not breaking any creator's policies and that channel is actually giving you fake strikes, be sure You Tube will definitely take action against them. This will definitely work,if not in any circumstances send them Legal Notice.

You may get issue a legal notice after taking proper legal consultation from advocate practicing on trademarks and intellectual property. If you do not take expert opinion then your legal notice may not be strong.

A.Hi,
Send a complaint to the Youtube's complaint redressal mechanism, and if they do not resolve your complaint, then send them a legal notice to cease and desist, and again if they do not comply. File a suit for getting permanent injunction against the opposing party along with damages and compensation.

A.Dear client,
Anything can happen in cyber space. You may simply complain to you tube officials of all about going on fake striking copyright marking. You should also produce with some instances as proof before youtube officials, who can verify your stand and after being confirmed of your real complain, you tube may take actions against that people who are doing fake striking of copyright.

A.Hi,
You should escalate this issue with the youtube's grievance redressal system. If they do not give the appropriate remedy that you sought, then proceed to send the other party a legal notice. If they do not comply, there on file a case against the other party and seek compensation and damages.
