What are the legal options to buy first floor if owner of first floor sells first floor in future.
I am owner of ground floor only. But for peace it would be better if I can puchase first floor so that no new buyer can disturbe our peaceful life.
A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice expressing your desire to purchase first floor on the book value prescribed by State Government. If refused and proceed to sell to any other person then you can get injunction order restraining him from selling property to any other person except you.

A.You can have an agreement or understanding with the first floor owner that whenever he sells the floor he shall first approach or offer to sell you and you will have the first right to refuse then only he will sell it it any one else.
