How to get Refund of examination frees paid twice

I paid examination fees 2 times because, at 1st time they dont give any notification of payment received. But when I paid 2nd time the receipt is downloaded automatically. It is done to many students like me.
A.Send them a legal notice and if they do not pay heed to that then file a consumer case for deficiency of service and get your fee as well as a compensation for the wrong service done to you. They must learn to respond to the people when they are approached.

A.Hi,
It is the duty of the receiver to transfer back the amount to you. You can contact them providing them the required documents and the transfer statement. If they don't transfer the amount after reasonable time to do it, you can approach the court.

A.Hi,
You have right to get the amount back. Contact the authority or institution to whom you paid the amount twice and tell them about your issues and submit the proof of that if they ask. It is their duty to give your amount back.
