I am purchasing open plot in Koheda village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. I want to check if this property has any court cases. I verified Encumbrance Certificate and hmda master plan, things are fine there.

A.To find out whether there is a case going on or not you can engage the services of a local lawyer who shall do the due diligence for you and get the legal opinion for the land/property for you. The lawyer shall also find out from the court if there is any pending cases in the court, although its a lengthy process but can be done.

A.Dear Sir,
You can ask the vendor to share all the documents and in the meanwhile check encumbrance certificate and entries therein. Further, ask any local advocate to verify haldi documents and get written legal opinion.
