I made a signature at the time of partition because of major age purpose only. But the property was earned and possessed by my father only. Now he is willing to sell the property without my sign.Whether it is legally right to registeration?.Pls answer my doubt.

A.Dear Sir,
it is his self acquired property you cannot prevent him to sell and your signature is not necessary. if you wish to stop then get file a suit for maintenance by your mother and get it stopped saying she will be on street if the same is sold.

A.Hi,
In this case you cannot do anything to stop the sale. He has every right to sell his self acquired property to who he wants and no one can raise any objections. You consent is insignificant here.
Thank You

A.Hi,
I'm sorry to say that in this case you cannot do anything. Since it is your father's self acquired property, he can transfer that whoever he wants and no one can raise any objections if the transfer is a valid transfer.
Thank You

A.He can do whatever he wants to with his bought property during his lifetime and there is nothing that you can do about it. If he is willing to sell that property then you cannot challenge neither you can stop him from doing so as it is his self acquired property.

A.The property is your father's self acquired property so he can transfer it in favour of any person of his choice and your signature is not needed therein. During the lifetime of your father, you can neither claim your right in that property nor prevent your father from disposing his self acquired property.
