How to handle Abusive Customers of my eCommerce business

I am running an eCommerce business and sometimes some customers are abusive towards my teammates or towards me due to no or silly reasons. We have set our standards high for us always and we do not want anybody to point a finger towards us out of nowhere. What actions can we take legally against this? Many people don't care about these things and act as if it is a part of the game but for me, I won't tolerate this because just like I care for my customers I care for my teammates too. Give me an exact explanation!
Hello you have all right to take action against such customers for abusing employees. But for that you'll have to record the call for betterment of your service. And inform your customer prior to picking up the call that this call is being recorded. And if any one abuses you'll have the proof to show and take action against such people.

No body can abuse anyone it is protected uder the law, you could take action against such customers for abusing your employees. For that you'll have to record their calls and put a pickup message that this call is being recorded. So that you could take action against them on thials basis.

A.No body can abuse anybody just like that as it is not allowed in law. Yes, India is a free country and we all have freedom of expression but this freedom of expression is qualified meaning we cannot say whatever we want to say and have to speak within a limit. That means we cannot start abusing anybody on the street.
So, whosoever does that to your employees tell that there calls are getting recorded and if they don't stop then you will lodge a police complain against them for harassing and threatening the employees and if there are female employees then add for "disrespecting the modesty of a woman".
